Refund &Return Policy
At Luxe Craft Supplies, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Free from damage caused by misuse
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- 3Include details regarding the return request
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged product
- Manufacturer defect
